Twilight Bakehouse specializes in crafting custom cakes for all occasions, bespoke dessert tables, corporate event desserts, and exquisite wedding cakes. Our online platform serves to showcase our portfolio and facilitate online custom order requests. All services are subject to availability and our production schedule.
2. Custom Order Requests and Consultations
- Request Submission: Clients may submit custom order requests through our website. All requests are subject to review and confirmation by Twilight Bakehouse.
- Consultations: For complex orders, particularly wedding cakes and large events, a consultation may be required to finalize design, flavors, and pricing.
- Pricing and Quotes: All prices for custom cakes and dessert tables are provided upon consultation and are dependent on design complexity, ingredients, and size. Quotes are valid for a specified period.
3. Payment Terms
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and event date. The specific deposit amount will be communicated during the quoting process.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by a specified date prior to the event or pickup. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the order.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Client: The initial deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made within a specified timeframe prior to the event date, a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit may be considered, at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made close to the event date due to ingredient procurement and preparation.
- Cancellation by Twilight Bakehouse: In the rare event Twilight Bakehouse must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
5. Design and Creative Liberty
While we strive to match design elements as closely as possible to inspiration images provided by clients, please understand that our creations are unique artisan products. Exact replication cannot be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to make minor artistic adjustments to ensure the highest quality and structural integrity of our products.
6. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions
Twilight Bakehouse operates in a kitchen that handles various allergens including, but not limited to, gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and eggs. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination for specific requests, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product. Clients are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of order placement.
7. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup: Once an order has been picked up by the client or their designated representative, Twilight Bakehouse assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport.
- Delivery: Delivery services are available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. We take great care during delivery; however, once the cake or dessert table is set up at the venue, Twilight Bakehouse is not responsible for any damage or alterations made by the venue staff, event guests, or other external factors.

The content, design, and intellectual property on this website, including all images of our custom cakes and dessert tables, are the property of Twilight Bakehouse and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
